"Just got back from an unforgettable stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless—beautiful views, incredible service, and a true sense of relaxation that made it hard to leave. The food throughout the resort was amazing, but one of the absolute highlights of our trip was dinner at the Asian restaurant. Not only was the food top-notch, but the experience itself was something special. A huge thank you to Jose, Leo, and Francisco, who took such great care of us. Their attention, energy, and hospitality made the night feel personal and memorable. They truly went above and beyond to make our last evening perfect—and to top it all off, we ended the night with an incredible fire show that was the perfect grand finale to our trip. Moments like that are what make a vacation unforgettable. Already looking forward to coming back! "

"I recently spent several nights at the Vallarta Live Hotel, which is located in a neighborhood section, approximately a 15-20 min walk to the beaches. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a very walkable area. There are a number of restaurants and shops withing a reasonable walking distance."

"Nous avons séjourné à Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway pendant deux nuits et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été très très très décevante. À notre arrivée, on nous a proposé un déjeuner gratuit en échange d’une présentation sur leur programme de membership. Cette présentation, annoncée comme étant d’une durée maximale de 90 minutes, s’est transformée en une séance de vente extrêmement insistante de près de 5 heures (de 10h à 15h). Une pression constante a été exercée pour nous inciter à acheter un forfait d’environ 19 000 $ USD, incluant un dépôt immédiat de 25 % ainsi que des paiements mensuels. Cette situation nous a mis profondément mal à l’aise et a complètement gâché notre seule journée de détente. Nous avons même dû quitter l’hôtel pour éviter cette pression, ce qui est inacceptable pour un séjour censé être reposant. Par ailleurs, peu de temps après ce déjeuner, j’ai ressenti des symptômes d’intoxication alimentaire, ce qui a encore aggravé notre expérience globale. De plus : • Les chambres n’étaient pas propres (draps tachés) • Le personnel était super insistant que ça soit au restaurant ou pour la vente du membership • Plusieurs frais supplémentaires donnent l’impression que tout est facturé. Nous étions là pour nous reposer, mais nous n’avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, surtout si vous recherchez un environnement paisible sans pression commerciale."
