"The room was always clean- thank you Veronica! Our needs were met - thank you Daniel and staff. The bar and Breeze were always ready -great job to the staff. Special shout outs to Virginia, Carmela, Magdalena, Antonia, Ivan, Portifino, Luz and everyone else was awesome always making sure we were hydrated. Juan , Alfonzo, Oscar at the buffet always hustling managing to keep up with seating us making sure we have refills. We can’t forget Donna and Luiz at the omelette bar. Each and every one made us feel like family. We appreciate you all! "

"Modern, Clean, Safe Property. Fantastic Breakfast and coffee. In room air conditioning amazing. The shower could use some re working in the next reno, water runs out the door every time and the bench in the shower is basically unusable, too shallow and a sharp edge. We tried to get a king bed at check in but was told unavailable. We survived. Hotel is in a great location. They have built covered walking paths between our hotel and the two surrounding it. It’s easy enough to get to the beach and it’s actually fairly easy to walk to centro or romantica zone. Would stay again. Roof top pool is great, don’t worry about reserving your bed with your towel because the rules say reserving sun beds is not allowed. It took a few days of getting fed up with the situation to finally just start moving unoccupied towels and towels and enjoy ourselves."

"Our stay was beyond our expectations. The property is beautiful, clean, well kept, quiet. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for a good night’s sleep and enough amenities to make a little breakfast with your coffee. The mini bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area with loungers and umbrellas. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat on the roof. The staff are beyond accommodating. Friendly, attentive to detail. There are numerous restaurants in the area and two grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. An OXXO is right next door. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away through a pleasant neighborhood. We loved our weeks stay and will definitely be back!"

"Looks awful from the outside but comes alive inside. Old and dated but spotless. The cleaning staff were tremendous. We had a "suite' really a large room and bright with a closet size 2 burner kitchenette. Unfortunately we were on an outer facing wall so a lot of noise from the main drag. The hotel seems to have a bit of a cult following. It's that pool. Heated, big and conducive to meeting new people and socializing. Everyone we ended up hanging out with was a repeat customer (one for 5 years in a row) or has already booked for next year as we have (inside facing). Tons of good food outlets around. Check out O Croissant, 4 blocks up Niza for great French pastries. You could also walk 8 blocks up Niza, turn right at the main road and you've got Costco and La Comer, an incredible supermarket or go along the main drag about 4 blocks to the Caracol Mall for Soriana's for food and supplies. Don't forget to tip the baggers 5 pesos. They are unpaid seniors. Situated in Versalles a more residential area they say that shuts down at 9:00 while the Romantic Zone is just starting up. Internet was an issue. A lot of us had to gather in the lobby or around the pool to get access. We left 3 days before the recent chaos but at this time still planning on returning for a month next year."

"Very clean resort. Staff was super friendly, we were in mountain view and it was quiet in that section which we appreciated. The 3 pool areas were great with one having a kids splash pool. They had a French fry, burger/ hotdog/ pizza area that was great for my granddaughter as she wouldn’t eat buffet. 4 speciality restaurants to choose from. Could use a snack shop but xoxx is down the block. Nightly entertainment was great. Would recommend resort."
