"Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks...

"Rooms need to be updated with USB and C ports, we tipped the maid well and room wasnt cleaned one day, one elevator in need of maintenance, patio door extremly difficult to open at the pizza restauraunt, updated menus to include steak and seafood. Would be nice to see sports in the lounge as many visitors are from Canada and the USA- Hockey/Baseball. Music playlist at pool was the same everyday. Convienance store on site would be helpful. Other than that, we did have a nice holiday."

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots."

"It is close to the center of town. It is always a good experience- have been there multiple times and always plan for the next visit. It is an older property but most units are updated. It is a great value."

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"Suite was really spacious, perfect for families. It has an equipped kitchen, in case you want to cook or make food. Separate key access to the bedroom and living room, which might be a useful feature if you're sharing the suite with family. It also has a separate bathroom (yes, two bathrooms!) for the bedroom and living room.
