"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"Staff were wonderful, friendly helpful. Had an unexpected issue with fridge in the room, they wasted no time even though it was late in the evening, they replaced the fridge. Beach and bar area was very relaxing and clean. "

"As always Melia is one of my favorite stays in Vallarta! I love the staff the rooms everything is just amazing. The only thing that I could honestly just say isn’t ok is that children are able to be in the adult bar areas. They should have an assigned area to ask for beverages versus asking for beverages in the swim up bars where there is adults and the parents no where to be seen"

"Elevators were out and sometimes took a very long time to wait for one. Food was okay as well. Not the best but also not the worst. Check in process was simple depending on who you get. Some staff gave little to no explanation. Some restaurants are closed during certain days or times and re open. I thought this would be helpful for someone else to know. Also I don’t think there is fire alarms in the rooms. We had a housekeeper clean our room and she left a bag of food and snacks on top of the...

"Hace un par de años fuimos y era mejor hasta el trato en personal, los meseros trataban mejor a los americanos, la comida bajó mucho de calidad, me decepciono ya que la vez anterior que fui me había ido con ganas de regresar por qué el trato era bueno y los alimentos de calidad ahora ninguno d ellos dos"
