"Had a great stay here during my vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool area is nice. There are some stores close by that you can walk to, and the beach isn't very far either. It is a bit far from the malecon and other attractions, but it is easy to get an uber anywhere. The only thing i disliked was that the room doors slam shut so loudly. Every time someone closes their room doors you will hear it and it can be annoying when you're trying to get some rest."

Only 2 restaurants and even then lengthy delays for service and up to an hour wait on many occasions Turndown - unpredictable and always an issue to get the mini-bar refilled Rooms old and worn - especially the screens.. Absolutely no way this is a 5* hotel - probably 3*"

"This a well kept secret in Vallarta. What a jewel! It is located right on the malecon, in the center of Puerto Vallarta within walking distance of restaurants, shops, taxis, parks, cathedrals and about a 30 second walk to the ocean! The inside is amazing, from the outside it does not look like a hotel, but once inside it is spacious and surprisingly eclectic. Our room was called Moscu. It has 2 stories, a balcony with ocean view, cold AC in each room with a huge bathrooms, TVs in each room,...

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The property was in the process of remodeling, as multiple buildings were off limits - and it desperately needs it. Everything in the room was painted over - even the lamp. Only one elevator in building 3 was working, the other was stuck on floor 8 the entire time. The staff was very helpful, esp around the pool area. Happy hour is nice, with 2 drinks for the price of 1 - and they bring them both at the same time. Breakfast buffet was just ok, we started going...
