Clean room good cleaning service some Ladies where kind of giving off a passive aggressive vibe but can definitely say that was not a big worry as the rest of the staff was very welcoming it was one in every other female staff who was being passive aggressive and was sad sight to see but overall experience was great everything well maintained cleaned safe food was great bar was great!

We very much enjoyed the resort. only ask would be a mini fridge in the room. We drink 6~8 litres of water a day, and having cold water would be wonderful.

I recently stayed at Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience that I’d rate a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The location is one of the biggest highlights—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water, plus it’s conveniently close to downtown. The staff was generally friendly and hardworking, and several went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

So this hotel was definitely family friendly, so great for families. Not so much for single solo guests/travelers. I definitely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the free drinks (all inclusive) at the bar. Also, how helpful and friendly the staff was. Furthermore, I do have some complaints, the rooms were not so private. I could hear everything in the next room, it kept me up some nights. Second, the buffet food wasn't that good, lacked lots of flavor and not much of a variety, felt like I was eating the same food over and over. The last thing would be how outdated the room was, the thermostat was hard to figure out and the room didn't have enough blankets. Because at some nights, it got extremely cold in the room. Rooms need a Do Not Disturb signs too.
