"This is a new hotel and it feels like new. The only downside would about it would be that it's about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. But the neibourhood is more upscale than ZR or Centro. Many stores and restaurants close by. Staff is great as well."

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"The staff here is excellent, very accommodating and fun. We had one of the new rooms, so that meant new sheets, towels etc. Our grandchildren enjoyed the kiddie pool, and the Kids Club. The food and drink choices were very good. "

"The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots."

Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. La propiedad es bonita pero relativamente pequeña, lo cual dificulta el tener eventos, ya que cierran la piscina principal.
