Staff is amazing! Our room was not very clean, there were water rings on the jacuzzi from drinks from the prior guest. When showering, the shower would stop and you would have to wait for it to flow again. The worst part is we got food poisoning that lasted several days. Their pool side food court had a large pan of cooked hamburgers setting out and they would placed them in the grill to warm up a bit, not enough to melt the cheese. I should have known better than to eat one because I’m pretty sure that is what got us all sick. We came 8 years ago and it was much better then. Will not be come back.

Staff was excellent, front desk could be more efficient, Rooms booked 4 months early were not available and negotiation was not possible. We waited 4 hours to obtain a room. The concierge service was excellent.(Caesar). As was the porter service (Daniel).

Didn't get the room we booked, talked to front desk, said not available, said check back next day, did they said same thing not available, third day finally got a different room still not what we booked but better than the first one, beautiful resort, good food, friendly staff outside of the front desk, would not stay here agian or recommend to any else

The staff is the biggest asset to this resort. Front staff are incredible. Daniel who first greets you, Caesar who helped us every single day of our 28 day stay with reservations either on or off the resort. Portofino, Ivan, Antonia, Ricardo, Alonzo among the many bartenders and waiters who were so attentive. The front day needs to upgrade their system oxo as not to ignore the requests of returning guests ( some over twenty years).

4.5/5 Staff at CPG were outstanding. Always very helpful and courteous. Even during the events of 2/22‐2/24, they worked admirably. Rooms were well kept. There were only a few areas that could use some attention, but nothing was dirty or unsightly (the a/c in our room was a bit loud). The food was better than I thought it would be. The buffet always had enough variety that everyone in our group was satisfied. Location is good. We walked 10min to the marine terminal for our excursions. There is a pharmacy and a MedExpress of sorts just outside the resort. A taxi to Old Town is about 200 pesos. Even considering the events of 2/22-2/23, I would absolutely visit PV and stay at Crown Paradise Golden again.

The room was always clean- thank you Veronica! Our needs were met - thank you Daniel and staff. The bar and Breeze were always ready -great job to the staff. Special shout outs to Virginia, Carmela, Magdalena, Antonia, Ivan, Portifino, Luz and everyone else was awesome always making sure we were hydrated. Juan , Alfonzo, Oscar at the buffet always hustling managing to keep up with seating us making sure we have refills. We can’t forget Donna and Luiz at the omelette bar. Each and every one made us feel like family. We appreciate you all!

The food seemed to always be the same in the buffets. The staff is amazing. Salvador the bellman and our cleaning lady Francisa. (May not be spelled right). We were in rooms 1610 and 1613 and she did both rooms. They were the best.

The Crown is such a great place. The staff are friendly, helpful and so gracious. They went above beyond during our last trip due to the cartel violence. They had to stay at the resort since the city was shut down and worked long hours but still made sure we were taken care and all our needs were met. Daniel was so great to work with. He did everything from taking our luggage to our room, checking us in for an additional night, to making change to helping us book an excursion with a taxi driver. And he is always willing to help with whatever anybody needs no matter how many people are asking him for something. He is like family and such a great person. He has agreat group of bell boys too. Edith was our chamber maid and was spot on everday. Our room was clean and she provided everything we asked for. The head of the buffet and his crew deserve a big Thank You also for working so hard to get all the guests fed the whole time we were there. Especially during the shelter in place since it was the only restaurant open on the Golden side. We can' t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and all of the staff. They just make us feel so welcome and at home on the resort. We will be back next year.

1/5 – Overbooked, Unsanitary Conditions, Unprepared for Capacity We booked a Suite Crown Plus category room (with either a partial view, sea view, or oceanfront — as confirmed by the receptionist at check-in). Based on the room tier and pricing, we expected an elevated experience. That was not what we received. From the beginning, the resort appeared significantly overbooked and unprepared to handle the volume of guests. Restaurant reservations opened daily and were fully booked within approximately three minutes. Despite attempting every day of our stay, we were unable to secure a single dinner reservation. At an all-inclusive resort, dining access should not feel competitive or unattainable. The buffet experience was also disappointing. Food was frequently cold, quality was inconsistent, and overall it felt as though the resort was not adequately prepared to support the number of guests on property. The property was severely overcrowded. Guests were lining up around 3:00 AM each morning just to secure pool seating, with lines forming daily. This level of overcapacity made it impossible to enjoy amenities that are advertised as included. Room conditions were unacceptable for a suite-level booking: • Dirty sheets upon arrival • Mirrors covered in visible splatter and streaking •Mold growing in blackout curtains •Large hole in the balcony wall •Broken, unstable bedside table •Refrigerator barely cooling •Toilet paper holders detaching from the wall See google rev

The room - even roadside - was actually great - good size, very clean, with good beds (although we did ask for an extra blanket, which was never provided). Cleaning staff were great - coming at different times, though, and we were in the room (ill), once. Overall, all staff were excellent. We did have significant concerns about the restaurant booking process - quite cumbersome, unnecessary, and every day with tables available but not booked (or bookable). Buffet food was - acceptable. Very few fresh whole fruits (only apples and bananas, on 1 day in 10, and no avocados). No guacamole on the menu, in any buffet or restaurant. Please remove the fake plants above the eating areas (buffet and beach bar) - gross and dusty and falling stuff into the food / tables. Hotel always full, but not enough beach chairs available. No signage available for the 7th floor pool / bar area. Paper maps of the area should be available. We did enjoy our stay and have recommended this resort.

Hotel room smelled and was in disrepair. Food was below average . First drink we were served had short curly hair in it despite all the staff wearing Hair nets. We stayed one night and checked out. Luckily for us the hotel refunded the balance of our nights so I will give them a check mark for that

Some of the staff members were courteous. The facility is really run down. We had problems with the shower faucet falling off into bathtub. Supposedly they fixed it but it still continued to fall off. The refrigerator did not work. They replaced it and it still did not work. They had to replace it again and it finally worked. The buffet food was the same with little variety from day to day. A majority of the buffet food was cold. The food was good in the restaurants located within the resort.
