This property satisfies the minimum standards. If you wish to relax by staying all day long at the hotel, and enjoying the all-inclusive amenities, this place is for you. On the other hand, the location of the property could be a hassle if you want to go shopping at the city downtown or 'Malecon'. Also, the beach is kinda far from the property; forget about see view rooms... You gotta take into consideration that this hotel has no elevators, just stairs instead. WiFi quality is poor. Nevertheless, the staff service quality is excellent! Five star service.

El baño de la habitación olia mal, la recepcionista muy grosera y al momento de dar la información no la dan completa, no hay amenidades ni show por las noches. No es un hotel a pie de playa. En cuestiones de las comidas no tienen mucha variedad, el desayuno muy rico pero la comida y cena deja mucho que desear en variedad y que este rico. El personal de barra amables y las bebidas buenas.

En el servicio de alimentos el buffet de comida se repetía en la cena solo había un alimento diferente como panckes o buñuelos. En si, muy repetitivo y poca variedad de alimentos diariamente. Y que los carros se quedan fuera del hotel en la calle no hay tal cual un estacionamiento.

The staff needs to improve the way they treat the customers, suggestions for the hotel please add signs with the time that snack bar, pool, the bar for the alcohol drinks is open-closed, and remember that customers go to the hotel to have a great time since that they are spending they money.

The rooms were nice , the air conditioner worked great , the bar tenders were awesome good service expecially Eric and Arnold ! The beach was nice the shuttle picks you up and drops you off , the pool was nice but very busy , lots of locals . Breakfast was great ! There were no activities during the day and not much in the evening , close to shopping and bars !

This is a small quaint hotel with excellent staff and adequate amenities. It definitely has Mexican charm. The double bed room was large enough and kept clean. The air conditioning worked so well I had to ask for a blanket...no complaints. The pool was clean. The drinks were good. Enough loungers. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner buffet was just okay. The Mexican Fiesta was great but very busy. Generally the other guests were very friendly and made some new friends. The location was great! Walking distance to the Marina and lots of great restaurants within a short Uber ride. If you are looking for a big flashy resort, the Hacienda is not for you. BUT if you are looking for a little tucked away retreat, this is definitely the place!! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a clean hotel and staff was excellent. Rooms were on the older side and in need of a renovation. The food was excellent mostly Mexican with a few Canadian dishes and drinks yummy. Beach is a short walk and though we were asked several times an hour to purchase items. Usually a simple no gracias works. Never had an issue getting beach chairs or pool chairs. Beach bar tenders were excellent. We liked this hotel for the price and what we received. It was a lower cost all inclusive that had only one a la cart. However it gave us the opportunity to experience wonderful restaurants in the area.

It was very hot, and food wasn’t that good. Waiters didn’t attend u well if u didn’t tip good. The mariachi night was the best out of everything I would recommend to go out and just come to sleep there or else find a better place.

Great breakfasts, nice soups and salads at lunch. Great value for the price. Staff from the bar to the front desk was great. Alfredo at the al a carte restaurant gave excellent service. Highly recommend booking there . It's a bit misleading but most dishes on the menu are not an upcharge and it's so much more relaxing than the buffet. Lack of a bathroom at the beach was a bit inconvenient but we knew that when we signed up. Super easy to catch bus to Downtown and Marina .

Mainly stayed in the resort and did the Boat tour and the Port was very close so made it very convenient! Recommend going to Los Arcos and Colomitos beach - but snorkeling in March was not great! Air conditioning was good and the all inclusive Bar options were great! The pool was water was lukewarm to warm so was a different experience and definitely bring a tumbler with you as the drinks stay cooler or the plastic cups were filmsy and ice melted fast! The food was fresh and local which made it an experience - just don't compare it to the more elite resorts! We had some great tacos during the Fiesta but they only had 2 main restaurants and 1 bar snack. The smaller more private area with only 3 reservation slots for 3-4 time increments was okay - we got it each day we wanted to! The main thing is there is no elevator which was a little hard at times, and there was no coffee maker or even just water heater in the room if you wanted to have a morning drink if you woke up early or needed to leave for the airport. Also either do everything through Expedia or through the hotel website - we paid way extra keeping some expenses at the hotel directly! Overall was an okay experience and staff was very very friendly! Can't wait to try out their sister property and still visit again - just learned a lot after my first stay!

A small resort that was everything our family needed. Despite being located right off the main road, the property is a beautiful oasis. All 4 of us, including two boys (12 & 15), loved the buffet and pool. A special shout-out to David and Angel for keeping us full of yummy, frozen drinks. The beach is quick and easy to get to, and fantastic for those who love beach walking, swimming, or just sitting and people-watching. Our room was on an upper level, with a high ceiling. It took us a night to get used to the sound of the AC, but appeciated the comfort it provided. We loved the balcony, even though it's only (just) big enough for two, as the flowers and mature trees are really lovely. There are restaurants and stores (including Walmart) within walking distance. The marina, as well, is close. We only ventured downtown twice and it was very easy to catch an Uber from the front entrance of the hotel and took 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, with or without kids, who wants a truly laid-back experience.

Olor a humedad y otro mal aroma después de la limpieza de piso. El personal de bares y restaurantes se dedican muchísimo al visitante extranjero a cambio de UN DOLAR o NADA de propinas, Restaurante en ocasiones dejaban manteles sucios para recibir a comensales en turno y definitivamente muy incómodo si tienen Club de playa deben construir baños pues el tener que está regresando al hotel es muy INCOMODO, se requieren más opciones de bebidas para personas que NO BEBEN ALCOHOL y no pueden tomar bebidas con azúcares regulares . Publicitan desayuno o cena MEXICANA AL REDEDOR DE LA ALBERCA 3S FALSO, NO HICIERON NADA. GraciasNO REGRESAROA
