"We enjoyed out short stay at the Freehand in Chicago. We were originally placed in a room on the 17th floor. However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed talking with Selma at the bar while watching World Cup games."

"Die Lage ist absolut Top. Man ist in 5min zu the Bean gelaufen, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, was sehr geräumig war. Auch das Bad war sehr groß. Die Subway zum Flughafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man am Chicago River. Insgesamt war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht Top modern, aber man verbringt sowieso nur die Nacht dort. Wir würden wieder her kommen."

"I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. "The view from our suite was excellent, especially during a thunderstorm. We loved our stay. The only (very minor) downside was neither TV worked correctly. One had very low volume, the other had no picture but good volume. The location was very good, very easy walk to public transportation.
