"Absolutely loved the hotel! Room perfect, pool great, bar nice perk, and kids loved it. However staff was par and felt should have and could have been better. The front desk lady was nice but not overly helpful. The bartender who was also the shuttle driver seemed very inconvenienced that he had to serve us drinks as we spend over 20 mins one time and 49 mins another time trying to time him/shuttles and being in the front office. There wasn’t a way to tip him on the card charge so I don’t blame him for being annoyed. The food options on the menu vs what was being served was very disappointing too due to “future remodeling” so we ordered take out cause the wait was just not stable. The lady was under age and found no urgency on helping us get with the guy. It was oh you have to wait… the towels in the room and pull out couch amenities were lacking but at that point we just dealt with it. Breakfast selection amazing!!"
