"The first room was GROSS! The headboard had white stuff on it. the balcony was hid by there sign and nasty. Moved me to a different room The hallway carpet was stained and smelled the second room had holes in the curtains filth under the mattress( bed was not but together, I had to do it) The towels were nasty!!!! brown stains on them Yellowed in spots sooooo GROSS!!!!!!!! I had to spend 1 night checked out went to Hilton they let me check in early!!"

"The beds are 40+ years old mattresses in horrible condition, pool could use cleaning algae growing. Staff was friendly but rooms can definitely use some updating and cleanliness improvement, updating beds. Went to my vehicle day two in order to get some rest."

"Do not book this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I arrived at CVG, the shuttle did not appear until almost an hour later, and only after I called the front desk twice inquiring about the status. When departing, I confirmed with the front desk the shuttle would be available at 5:00 a.m. since I had an early flight. The attendant assured me it would and to be ready outside at 5:00 the next morning. I arrived at 5:00 with two other guests, only to find the shuttle not being available...

"This hotel was an AMAZING surprise! For the cost of the hotel we weren't sure what to expect but when we walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in was easy, the rooms were very clean and the shower was WONDERFUL!! The bar had great food and drinks! The breakfast was a full buffet and the food was in abundance and delicious! There is mold everywhere—especially in the bathroom—along with a smell of mold or fish in some rooms, and cockroaches and insects in all of them.
