While the location is close to the Trevi Fountain, in reality Rome is so walkable that most hotels will be near food and shops. It is extremely busy and noisy. Our room was the first floor and the door comes straight off the stairs. We could hear every door slam and person walking the stairs so loudly. Everything echoes in the building. "This is a small very new modern boutique hotel right by Trevi fountain. Despite being close to busy area the hotel is extremely quiet with a garden courtyard and studio apartment style rooms. In the lobby they always had food and drinks and a nice Italian breakfast of cafe and cornetos plus fruit, yogurt, granola and juice. Everyone was super nice and helpful."
