"The location, size, and price were awesome for our family. The washer and dryer left alot to be desired. As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. When we arrived late at night, there were people smoking outside the property, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. I found bugs on the bed, the sheets felt damp, the shower appeared stained, and there was visible dirt on the floors. "Our room was not clean and we found bed bugs on the bed. They only have one elevator in the whole building and we also got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins before maintenance could get us out. The photos online look nothing like IRL."
