"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"We had a wonderful stay here! Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast buffet and great pool. And the location feels safe and close to everything."

"First when you walk in it smelled like bad sewage. Then when I go upstairs there was only 1 small 2oz shampoo bottle. And on the beds no cover was located only sheets . I go downstairs and tell the old Indian lady I need 2 covers and have me attitude saying they are under the sheets ! I told her look there’s not ! I took a video and then talked bad upon her staff ! She was yelling and I asked for more towels and was being extremely rude ! Never again !"

"Basic room, it was clean, the remote for the TV did not work, the replacement remote they gave us did not work either, we just gave up. Ice machine did not work the first day, a minor thing, they did fix it. The breakfast they offered was coffee, some juices and prepackaged donuts. 7 out of 10 exp level."

"The parking in the back was very sketchy. Very open for outsiders to come in and signs everywhere saying they weren't responsible for damages or theft. Obviously they have had issues before."

"Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view."

"We quickly asked for a refund and hightailed it out of there! Our room was muggy and musty upon entrance. Got the air turned on in hopes that would help. Went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and no trash can. The shower and toilet were disgusting. Within 5 minutes of being there, I found bedbugs all over one of the beds and killed 3 roaches. When I picked up my bag to leave, 3 roaches ran out from under it. I told my husband that motel is what nightmares are made of; I’d never in...

"The most terrible hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was HORRIBLE! Extremely rude. They were absolutely miserable at their job. No one was working at front desk for 2 hours. No breakfast. The lady that was supposed to be working breakfast ignored everyone asking for milk and other items that should have been out for breakfast. I would never ever stay here again"
