"This is our second time to stay at the Galvez. Room was very nice and reservation staff was very helpful with our booking an extra night due to the ice storm coming in and then allowing us to cancel the next morning at no charge when we realized we could travel back as originally planned. "The hotel is DARLING! Staff so kind and accommodating. Room was well appointed (art cute! Beds comfortable!) loved the vintage bathroom feel and all the tile work around and the lounge was stellar. Beautiful. Welcoming. But not overboard- it’s accessible to everyone. We are at the restaurant twice (I never do that at a hotel usually) it was delicious. We stayed over a cold snap and the pool wa heated so we were still able to swim. Everything was just lovely. Made my 13yo daughter’s birthday so...

"The hospitality of the front desk clerk was outstanding! I believe his name was Robert. I could be wrong, but he was very friendly, making a 6 hour trip well worth it. 10/10 will come back just to see his bright wonderful personality. He is definitely a value to the company! My room was clean, the only thing I could notice that needed some work, 1) the elevators sound very sketchy, we stayed on the 4th floor and once coming to a stop, the whole elevator would shutter, causing a loud disturbing...
