"Great location. Hotel was nice and maintained. Rooms were spacious for a family of 3. Bathrooms were nice as well with a big window that I was able to see the plaza. Bed was comfortable. Bar was nice and outdoor seating was great as well. Will stay here again."

"We loved this hotel. From booking to checking out the communication was top notch. We arrived early and left our bags at reception and went out to explore. We were able to check in after 1pm which was nice to be able to change. The location is perfect: close to great restaurants and shops. We found that the accommodation was tastefully decorated and perfect for three people which is not always easy to find. The air conditioning was also so welcome on a hot day. The lobby always had water, juice and hot tea. The breakfast was also incredible. The staff even brought out cappuccinos for us. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and hope to be back one day."

"The hotel is in a centrally located area with very close proximity (walking) to major museums and shopping with no need for a car. Room was fairly clean but it seems long overdue for an update. Breakfast fee is €10 per day which is very reasonable with many choices of hot and cold items. The staff are very helpful and friendly and that is a great asset to the hotel."
