Apartemen di Tuscany

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler"

"Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, mitten im Zentrum. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man nicht gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte man ein anderes Zimmer wählen. Der Treppenaufstieg ist steil und schmal. Immer wieder gerne wieder."

"Everything was so amazing! Staff was kind, location was great and quiet, the place was so clean!"

"I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!"

"La cucina era attrezzata tutta nuova l'appartamento e bello e il personale presente. Grazie"

"The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning."

"Wohnung entspricht gröstenteils der Beschreibung. Leider keine Kapselmaschine. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, die Lage ist super."

"Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!"

"We booked the street-front "Servi A" apartment in Florence for 3 nights for its large windows. Hotels.com is asking me to review Servi A, but I was forced into Servi B. When we arrived on schedule, no one met us. Following automated entry instructions, we walked into a filthy, uncleaned unit. The bed was...

"Faultless can't praise it enough, friendly helpful staff, perfect central location and accomodation was modern and stylish and equipped with everything you need and more. If you're tired after touring the city Gastronomia Giuliano is literally across the road with fantastic take home meals and l'Osteria Cucina Casalinga is heartly recommended if eating out"

"Très bien"

"Beautiful and spacious. Exceeded expectations. Booked apartment listed as Superior 2 bedrooms (Blue Klein). Art everywhere. High Ceilings. Clean. Air conditioning. Staff was very responsive to all my messaging and check-in was easy. An elevator into the apartment although our apartment was just one floor up. It looked nice in the pictures, but was even nicer in person. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - all with showers. There was also a tub in one bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Washer and laundry...

"The entrance was dark and dirty. The room was dirty and less than basic. The room did not feel secure. We met another who was afraid at entrance. We helped her get into her room."
