"Easy parking, excellent Reception staff. Room clean and comfortable. Christmas decorations in the bar/dining areas were beautiful and tastefully done. "When we arrived we discovered we’d been upgraded to the character room - it was spotless - the gent who checked us in was polite and helpful - bed comfy - room amenities were good and cooked breakfast was 5* - proper Cumberland sausage and great bacon and egg! "

"I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. "
