"The front desk folks were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing as it was close to the Aeon shopping mall, which also has a grocery store within it. The hotel is also close to the Kyoto train station, which again is a great perk. Our hotel room was just as great as everything else. We had a kitchen, bathtub and shower, and the room was sizable to comfortably fit our family of four. We like the hotel so much that we suggested to our friends to stay here as well,...

Stedet har en rigtig fin placering med let adgang til Gion, metro, restaurant-områder mv. Ok vaskefaciliteter, som dog er lidt begrænset og den ene af to vaskemaskiner virkede kkke. Ind og udtjekning er via tilsendt kode og qr, men der er venligt og hjælpsomt personale tilstede på hotellet. Vil klart anbefale stedet. "

Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "
