"The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests
.e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus."

"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The staff were helpful and went over and above. The king size bed was clean and comfortable.
Would we stay here again? Probably not due to the location and amenities around the hotel. It was right on a busy freeway and the area was a little sketchy that we didn’t go out at night.
Liked the pool and waterfalls and the breakfast was a little buffet but get there early ."
