"This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment as stated. That means more room, more (r)homey vibe and a more private stay. We absolutely loved it. Granted, the information was sparse but communication thru the Hotels.com app worked and (ones we figured it out fully) the door opening-site online worked a charm!
The room was well above standard and very well kept.
The surrounding area is less touristy and more local vibe. Good food, nice atmosphere and way less crowded than more central locations.

"Unlike the 5-star reviews I haven’t got much good to say. The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. Tiny balcony with a mop and ladder on it and ashtray loaded with butts. 15 min walk to subway then 20 minute ride to most attractions in Rome. Noisy upstairs neighbours and barking dog next door. "Very close to the airport , which was why we chose to stay there our last night.
The room was a little too warm for sleeping , however the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Not much near by except a mall. We didn't expect much because we were mainly staying to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was nice that there was a shuttle bus for the airport. "The room is clean and beds are comfortable. We got a room with a second floor that also have 2 beds. Bathroom is big and a shower that have space to move around. The breakfast buffet was really good, with eggs, bacon, cereals etc. A lady behind the bar makes espresso on request. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We only stayed 1 night to be closer to the airport for our 3 p.m flight the next day. "
