"Clean and comfortable room. Fabulous small communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Very pleased with the generous breakfast supplies of teas, milk, breads, ham and cheese. Barbara sent us very helpful details by WhatsApp about how to get into the property when it became apparent we would be late because of flight delays. "CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. Open the window and hear the train that is right below. Host doesn’t speak English and was not flexible. We left 2 days early without refund. Even at the extra expense I could not stay in that room. "Really impressed with the hotel. 30 minute walk to the centre and close to a station to the airport. Also has restaurants nearby.
Balconies are huge, and the bathroom was modern and clean.
The only possible downside I could think of is that the bottom sheet was kinda grubby. And that's me really trying to find any fault!
Overall, I'd highly recommend

"The hotel was perfect for our trip: not too far from downtown Rome (by car or train around 30min ), but away from the crowds and next to the see. Comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast and very professional staff. Clean, in the proximity of lots of restaurants, the beach and promenade. I would definitely choose it again."

"イタリアの治安に不安があり、ローマテルミニ駅からの近さを重視して選びました。駅から出て5分ほどの立地で便利です。
何 よりも良かったのはお部屋の睡眠環境です。ツインベッドにしましたが、シモンズで寝やすく、また部屋の遮光カーテンの性能が高くて完全な暗闇にできました。
やや困ったのは、部屋の温度が高くて暑かったことです。これは他のレビューにも書かれているとおりです。
お風呂はバスタブがあって快適です。ただ、他の部屋でシャワーを使うと音が響きやすい点に注意が必要です。近くの部屋で午前3時にお風呂を使った人がいて、大きな音で起きてしまいました。
ですが、これらの欠点をしても良さの余りあるホテルだったと思います。"
