"Our stay was exactly okay. We found the outside property to be beautiful and well groomed. Understanding that the building itself is historic, the property was not as welcoming for a family member using a walker in the reserved room. Overall the property served the purpose but was not our cup of tea."

"This is an older hotel, and it was worn out. Major spot in hall Carpet, No Kleenex, No hand lotion and the towels were small, old and stained. The breakfast was marginal, Yogurt, coffee, hot water for hot cereals packets. We had to get our keys reprogramed three times in three days! The hotel needs a lot of upgrades, but the price was right. The rooms were clean when we arrived. I asked that they clean the room after our first night and they replaced a few towels and made the bed poorly. We will probably not return to this hotel. Staff was great, Parking was fine, and the kitchen was minimal."

"Easy check in & out. Continental breakfast, biscuits @ gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins & other basic items. Nice room, clean, quite minus the kids parents allowed to run the halls until 9pm. Stomper over us was until after 10:30pm. That was a combo kids running & jumping & an adult who walked extremely heavy. Otherwise is was a quite stay. About 1/2 hour to Aspen. Trails in walking distance. If needed gas & car wash next door. Our rental was dirty after 2 weeks of traveling through lots of back road in Utah. Nice convenient area. Diner close by too."

"Great trip for my family. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet and the indoor pool and hot tub got crowded. Good breakfast with lots of pastries and bagels. Clean maintained property. Room was clean and had the basics. Great area with restaurants within walking distance. Perfect little getaway!"

"A total mess of management. Booked one month ahead and cannot check in due to overbooking. Seems to be some rookies who didn't understand the booking process and messed up. The front desk is quite indifferent and just asks us to contact the booking platform to make up for their own fault. Apparently running a hotel here means accepting reservations you have no intention of honoring, then acting surprised when guests show up expecting a room. The booking system is treated like a suggestion. The customer is treated like a complaint. And the actual problem somehow becomes someone else's job to solve. Impressive level of dysfunction, genuinely."
