"The man who helped check us in was very friendly, and helpful when room keys were not working. Needed anything just had to ask. Room appeared clean, I know they are still working on updates throughout. Could have used a small trash can in bathroom, but otherwise was a great place to stay for the 1 night we needed."

"Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Room was very clean and newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable Owner was available by phone and also on the property a lot of the time. We were very pleased with this property and will stay again. No amenities on property really. Although rooms had coffee machines, shampoo and conditioner and very nice soap. Working refrigerators (new) and small freezer. Stores and restaurants close by."

"This is definitely a basic hotel. Very old and grungy. Thankfully we only slept here and there it. Breakfast was free, but could use some protein. Waffle maker, sliced bread, yogurt and cereal only. Room was dark and dirty. Very in need of an update. Staff was good. Hotel had constant marijuana smell and was run down. Nice location and glad the price wasn’t more than $75 a night."

"Rooms were large and clean, staff were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts."

"The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again."

"Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away."
