The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."

"Room which was at the front of the property overlooked the car park. Single glazed windows which you could hear absolutely everything happening outside from but also which rattled throughout the night with the wind. Found the mattress uncomfortable and on the firm side for me so taking everything into account, had a very disrupted sleep. Was woken abruptly by a fire alarm going off for a few seconds. Limited choices at breakfast but tasted ok. "

"Massive room. The bed and pillows are amazing and the bathroom was spot on. We also enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast. The only little thing I’d change is, a bit more lighting in the room. I’d still give it a 10/10. "

"This Hotel was booked for an overnight stay after the Peter Kay show which I bought for a Xmas present for my Wife, and I paid for the upgrade room which I was not sure about at all BUT we were really pleased with what we experienced. The show was amazing and there were NO problems from start, stay and finish. We would gladly stay there again."

"Room very bijou shower needed attention on temp control if someone else used theirs in another room water stopped coming through your shower .Greeted by lovely young kind guy but younger female receptionists too busy on their mobiles didnt even say good morning to us when we did or eve or afternoon very rude both me & husband thought never had that before anywhere .
