"When we arrived to the hotel we were suprised with it being renovated. The lobby was non-existent and the breaskfast area was inside of a conference room which looked quite outdated and somewhat dirtly. The employees were very helpful. The rooms were OK, but I truly disliked being in the middle of renovations. If I knew, I would not have stayed there. I requested a call from hotel manager, which I have not yet received."

"The entire hotel is super nice and quaint. The Staff is amazing. I've never had an issue at this site until my last stay but the staff made it right. I was checked into a room where either the bed linens seemed to not have been changed. The pillows and duvet cover smelled like men's cologne or aftershave. The sheets felt gritty. I alerted the front desk immediately and they moved me to another room which was the exact quality I've grown to love at this hotel. Kudos to the staff!"

"I requested a top‑floor room because of my auditory sensitivity, and the staff placed us in a quiet corner away from foot traffic. We stayed for six days, and overall the experience was peaceful. Even though our room was next to the stairs, we rarely heard anyone using them. The only noticeable noise came during the last night, and even that wasn’t too disruptive.
