"The entire property is beautifully maintained, showing great attention to detail. Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style, with a plush, comfortable bed adorned with crisp, freshly laundered sheets that had a clean, welcoming scent. The daily housekeeping staff does an excellent job, consistently going above and beyond with thorough cleaning and friendly service. We booked a package that included a complimentary breakfast each morning, and to our surprise, we also received a $40 dinner credit—about $10 per night—which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main sights, shops, and outdoor activities, just a few minutes' drive from the Welcome Center. Parking is plentiful, well-lit, and feels secure, giving us peace of mind. The onsite restaurant offers a limited menu focused on sit-down dining; if you’re after a buffet or more extensive options, it might not be the best fit. There’s also a small store that sells souvenirs and travel essentials—very handy for last-minute shopping or picking up essentials for your stay."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Spent time in the front indoor and outdoor pools which we enjoyed. The breakfast café was serving yummy biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage among other foods.and the lady who was assigned to clean our room was so very sweet."

"Excellent stay, excellent property and excellent staff! The only issue during the stay was the shower mixing valve was only providing cold water. This was resolved in a timely and professional manner by the maintenance team. Very impressed with the property and the staff and will definitely be back!"

"The hotel staff was amazing and our suite was huge and comfortable. My family and I will be back very soon. I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel or the comfortable rooms or the perfect location. Only draw back was the lean in the lobby (which honestly didn’t bother me) and the breakfast was a little basic (I was the only person who ate it since they didn’t offer anything my family liked). But I’m not letting those things deter me from staying again."
