"Glenstone Lodge was great! The staff were pleasant and helpful, the indoor pool was amazing, our room and the facility were clean, plenty of parking, the cafe inside the lodge had great food and service, housekeeping was consistent and kept our room nice and tidy and stocked up. Overall it was a great stay and experience! Highly recommend!"

"This is our second stay at this Econo Lodge. It is awesome! The front staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms were supplied daily by housekeeping, and the breakfast is great to start your day with! I will continue to stay here when it’s available. You can’t beat the price for what you receive. Friendly service and great rooms."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything seemed to be clean and very nice. The couch and recliner was a bit uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a lot of time there so our stay was nice. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The balcony was very nice with a lovely view of the creek. We really enjoyed watching the geese hanging out near the creek as well. Also it was nice to be able to do our laundry before we left for home. Overall we enjoy our stay very much!"

"A bit inconsistent. Lousy bedding (who still uses those old scratchy, brown blankets of 30 years ago anymore) , uncomfortable mattress made getting deep sleep difficult. Bed made loud popping noise when getting in or out of bed. Heat/AC noise too invasive for total peace. Pools were great as advertised. Staff was awesome. Very roomy room. Flooring, table and chair, walk in shower were a plus. Location not very good. Better to be 1-2 miles closer to Sevierville."

"Clean, nice breakfast buffet, conveniently located on the Pigeon Forge strip. Right next door to a nice BBQ restaurant (Puckett's). Free cookies and popcorn in the evening. The whole facility was clean and staff were really nice and helpful."

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."
