Hotel murah di Townsend

"Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional."

"Everything seemed on the cheap. Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't."

"My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and...

"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"They were remodeling none of the ice machines worked there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door so the lights from the hallway shined in all night breakfast was average waited over an hour for coffee still didn't get any "

"Place was really clean and nice. Only complaint was the elevator was not operating and had to carry luggage up flights of stairs. "

"I had a little challenge connecting with the airport shuttle, since my reservation confirmation did not include a telephone number for the hotel! I had to call "411" and then choose from 5 different Best Western hotels in the area - with the correct one showing NO address on the 411 list! However, the shuttle driver was very nice and did come quickly once I called."
