"Very disappointing experience at Club Sevilla. We reserved a room that was advertised as having one queen bed and a sofa bed for three people. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not prepared or converted into a bed. I went to the front desk expecting housekeeping to assist, but the staff told me that guests are expected to set up the sofa bed themselves. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and have never experienced such poor hospitality. The hotel displays signs offering guests a $100...

"Marriott brands are one of my favorites. However the Courtyard specifically cost a lot and don’t provide many benefits. There is no breakfast and the staff making the breakfast at the restaurant are obviously not trained cooks because they serve a breakfast bowl with eggs and sausage by topping it with a handful of cold shredded cheese which should have been placed under a broiler to melt or at least microwaved because it ruined the dish. "if you like to be up late past 10 this is not the best place for you , you can’t be in the kitchen 😂, in the pool, no living room basically if you wanna breath this is not the best option, make sure you book a room that as a parking spot if not your walking at least 15 mins if not more IF YOU DONT NOT LIKE TO WALK THIS IS NOT A PLACE DOR YOUUUU easily 15 rooms in the house so if you wanna be by your self also don’t book this other than that our stay was pretty good"

"This is definitely more of a motel than a hotel, but the room itself wasn’t bad. The pool was closed for maintenance and I asked the guy for maybe a discount since we booked this place for a pool, but he said it was posted online before we made the reservation- WHICH was kinda not true because on their website there was NO mention of that, but there was on Expedia though all the pictures had a pool and it was in the amenities tab you literally had to deep dive to find it. It did not warn you...

"Great location to Disney. A quick drive to the parks."

"Resort is nice with lots of amenities for everyone. One elevator for lots of room on each floor can be quite a wait. Rooms are clean, but can use renovation for the shower. The shower in our room during our stay looks like some caulking can be applied inside out from the mold. Aside from that, pricing and stay is reasonable and met expectation. Great place for family to be near Sea World or other theme parks."
