"I checked in and was asked about parking I did not have a car After check pout I looked at bill and I se a daily parking charge There is no excuse for this!!!!! I will call the front desk this morning and see about reversal of charge There is a problem with your systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Ontbijt was vers en prima alleen leek er geen koffie en thee aanwezig te zijn. Later bleek dit verstopt te staan in het kleine marktje naast de balie bij de ingang. Vermoedelijk bewust omdat er ook een Starbucks in de lobby vh hotel zit. Verder net hotel op goede lokatie. De gratis shuttle naar sea world zou ik afraden komt rustig uur te laat ook bij ophalen park. En route is ook zeer onlogisch. Rijdt eerst 3x langs je hotel voordat je er wordt afgezet. "

"Mooie accommodatie, zwembad, goeie bbq voorzieningen. Wordt om de ene dag schoongemaakt. Er zijn wel wat insecten in de kamers (duizendpoot, kakkerlakken). Wel is er een hor."

"Absolute Gem of a Hotel. I'm so glad I was able to give this experience to my wife and two kids. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. We were able to appreciate the park views in the morning as we woke up and in the evening when the light show turned on. The lobby restaurant is 5 stars all the way.
