They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....

"I enjoyed my stay at Blue House, it has great location and all the basic services you need. Great place for the price. It can get a little noisy at night, but with some earplugs you’re ok."

I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!"

"Apart from it being in the business district it was all very good… staff all lovely and helpful. 4.30 breakfast they put on a great spread for us. An uber ride into the old town ranged from $3.50 us to $5… which is a bargain. Supermarket 2 blocks away, restaurants cafes everywhere…"

"I got there to do my check in and they told us the don’t have the room I did reserved, they give another option for 40$ more and they blame Expedia for the wrong price. I didn’t like they don’t accept any credit card or debit card. There was no hot water either. They are nice"
