Hotel murah di Genovar

"Very dirty bad smell throught hotel.Mold in places bed was clean which was a plus but not worth 200 for 2 nights at all.Please hire people who know how to deep clean!!"

"The lobby had trash overflowing on the floor by the door as soon as you walked in. The outside of the hotel was not maintained. Bushes overgrown and the outside looked as it hadn't been cleaned or kept up in years. Water damage on the wall behind the receptionist in the lobby. Then they said they didn't serve breakfast in the breakfast bar and that only a light breakfast of muffins and juice would be served in the lobby in the morning. Not enough parking spots so they were having guests park in...

"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."

"Stay was 2 nights. First night loud party music at 2 a.m. from room next door. Call front desk ring six times at 2 a.m. and no answer Also dead bugs in room near refrigerator and broken knob on microwave. Rooms are not very well maintained. Will not be back"

"Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

"Arrived and checked in. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, beds pulled apart, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk and was given a new room. After a few hours I was in bed and my room door was opened and the employee came in my room. Did not knock just enter my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask why that happened. He said that I wasnt suppose to be in that room and I should have already checked out!! Then he proceeded to let me leave...

"The bed was very uncomfortable coming from New York to Virginia I expected the bed to be comfortable but other than that everything was amazing"

"The people here are nice, but don't expect 5 star service, its just not that kind of place. Room was constantly damp and dank, the bathroom was rough (loud fan that was clearly broken, there was leaking water in multiple places), trash bags in the hallways leaning up against vents? Bugs in random places. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a place I'd return to without a lot of work being done to it, but I won't hold my breath."
