"The hotel was dated and looked tired from the outside and inside. The images online were very misleading and didn't look like the room that was promised. The room itself was very small but the bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was in desperate need of being regrouted and cracked tiles needed to the replaced. "Check in was quick and got car parking. Room was clean, good sleep as bed was comfy and very quiet. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the stay."

"The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful...

"Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use."

"We had a very nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. The only problem we had was the lift breaking down a lot and took a long time to get fixed. We were only on the first floor and we did not ask not to have to use the stairs so it was not too much of a problem. We will come again."

"The staff are helpful and did give us an upgrade . But the place is in desperate need for repairs. Showers and toilets don’t work very good , you have to flush multiple times and hard to get a good temperature,grab bar missing bolt ,and the rooms look rough.Ran into other people with the same issues. And we heard that the boss is a cheap and belittling man I would not recommend this place ."
