"Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Für das Benehmen einiger Gäste (Lautstärke, Sauberkeit beim Essen etc) kann das Hotel nichts. Vielen Dank für die inbegriffenen Annehmlichkeiten wie die täglichen abendlichen Snacks und die alkoholischen Getränke (haben wir bisher nie genutzt da wir keinen Alkohol trinken). Kaffee, Tee, Softdrinks sowie Popcorn gibt es hier auch. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder, haben jetzt bereits mehrere Standorte ausprobiert....

"We were in Houston for a live concert event, and the Hampton Inn was very conveniently located for us. The gated parking made us feel secure when we got back late at night. The staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, the common areas were clean and pleasant. I wanted to try the pool but didn't get the chance-- next time! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We had a great stay, we'll be back when our fave band returns!"

"As long as you respect them, they respect you. Respect always goes a long way and I’ve seen reviews that rated their customer service as bad. Maybe they improved over time but I didn’t have any issues, nice people."
