Nice place and close to Komtar. Easy to walk around for food and places. Plus point is there is a Malaya bicycle museum on top root. Good for Flfree and easy short-term vacation

Great budget hotel

Good location for exploring downtown Georgetown. 5min walk to Cecil Street market for Penang style breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good place for a short stay.

Good place to stay in Penang. If you can believe it, the wifi was spotty so, we had to use our data during our entire trip. Beds were fairly comfortable, hot water was good in the shower &, there was soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like mold but, our room did not. I mentioned it to the staff during check out. The views from the rooms are not pretty & the 5:00 rooster call was a bit annoying.

The room was OK, good, comfortable bed, big clean bathroom with decent water pressure ( although there was a drainage issue with the sink. For a place with WIFI in the name the connectivity was less than average. Difficulty with maintaining a signal and streaming was terrible. The area to the rear of the hotel is also noisy, with dogs barking and roosters crowing. So if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

The room was fine, and the staff were very friendly. I was a bit surprised when I first arrived, somehow expecting a bigger hotel, but it worked out okay. I stayed six nights. The location was good, not too far from Komtar and 1st Avenue mall, but you really need to be steady on your feet to manage the footpaths, or lack thereof, to get there. I had lived in Penang a long time ago, so I was kind of used to it, but as a senior, it took a little more focus to stay upright than when I was young. The Hin Bus Depot site nearby is a great place to eat, if you don't want to venture too far from the hotel.

Wifi Hotel

New hotel. Clean room and toilet. Efficient staff and helpful receptionists. Asked for iron and they provided quickly. Helped us get a taxi too for departure. Close to komtar so easy to move around by bus. Near maju deen's nasi kandar and Gama supermarket. Overall a good stay at wifi hotel.
