"Highbridge is doing marvelous and the Staff human relations are excellent."

"Very clean very helpful will definitely be back"

"I stayed there from Oct.26-30th and it was pleasant. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel more like a motel vibe but for the price it was fine. The room was basic and had everything you’d need. The AC and heat worked great and they had hot water. Every time I left my room to explore the city I’d come back to a clean room and new towels. The hotel was a 5min walk to the subway entrance and when just to the 1 train down to the city. The target and Chic fil a being walking distance is a plus. If you...

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"Should be a little cleaner for families"

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Lucien was a stand out front desk employee who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your business. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeepers were efficient. Great location close to the subway and Central Park top end. We will be back."

"Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay."

"House keeping stole my AirPods. Hotel and support did nothing to help. Now I get to watch my AirPods fly around New Jersey."

"The location of the Beacon is its best feature. The room we stayed in was clean, but run-down. The hotel is currently upgrading, so that should help. The staff was very nice."
