"This is a brand new property so it is in excellent condition. Restaurant attached which is convenient for a meal or to hang out if you are with a group (we stayed for volleyball tournament). Only way it could be better is if breakfast was provided with stay."

"Guests in the room beside mine were throwing a party well after midnight. There was music blaring, yelling, screaming, banging. I called the front desk twice within an hour and the party was not shut down."

"We were there for 3 nights due to a graduation. The hotel has an elevator, and is convenient to the interstate and Sellersburg. You could tell they had recently remodeled, so everything is clean. The bed was comfortable, hard pillows. The breakfast was adequate, I love waffles so I was happy. We would stay there again"

"We had a few issues upon check in. Noticed the fridge was dirty and it took a few asks to get them to finally come up and have it cleaned. The toilet chain broke and I had to ask twice to have that fixed as well. The fridge also never cooled below 44 degrees so only good as a beverage cooler. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The pool and common space outdoor area was very nice. The restaurant was good (we it had breakfast). The server and host provided excellent service....

"Several reviews raved about breakfast. Assorted breads from Walmart. A high school student made a waffle, took one bite, and tossed it. The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else."

"They allow pets and the dog nearby barked until very late at night with no intervention by the staff. The "Happy Hour" consisted of Beer on Tap for those who drink beer, but nothing else. The hotel is getting very run down with damaged doors, flooring and walls."
