"When I was checking in the front decks computer kept feeezing during payment. I wasn’t able to use the credit card that I wanted and ended up using a debit card. I had my disabled Mother with me and I needed a cart for my luggage. The employee acted like it was gonna be a huge inconvenience to go find one an another floor so I had to do without.
