"I have travelled with my family around the world and this would have to be our favorite Hotel so far. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, but rather an upscale serviced apartment. The room size is big and spacious and the location is absolutely fantastic with restaurants and transportation all around you. "The only thing tricky about the hotel is that it was not as accessible (public transit) as other hotels might be in centre Kyoto. But just 15 to 20 mins walk away from stations. "

"This is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is the most luxurious hotel we’ve stayed at, including 5 star properties. The room was amazing. The location was perfect. Although everyone in Japan seems extraordinarily nice, the staff here beat even that standard. There was not one second of our time at this property that wasn’t perfect. 10/10. "
