"Conviently located closish to Times square/U.N. but just far enough away to have some breathing room and a less anxiety inducing experience. The staff held my bags both before and after my stay so I could enjoy all that the area has to offer like the Broadway Flea Market. 10/10 would stay again. Room was clean and comfortable. "The staff here is incredible, especially for what's probably considered to be value hotel. This was my second stay at a pod location, previously I stayed at Pod 39 and at both locations my room was ready when I arrived - hours before the official check in time - which after a long day of travel is such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is also quiet, some places I've stayed you can hear other doors opening and closing at all times of the night waking me up but not the case here at all. The room...

"This was our first time staying away from Times Square and it was the best decision. It’s so quiet. The hotel is beautiful and very art deco. Our room was nice but the only complaint we had was how small the restroom was and our toilet wouldn’t stop making a flushing noise. All in all the staff were all amazing and the roof top bar was fabulous. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
