"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. Parking is available for 15 euros 4 blocks from the apartment. The Breakfast included is outside the property and all you get is an expresso and a croissant. It’s not a hotel. The bright...

"Loved the property. Felt like we were in our own little world. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only downside is that it is way up on a mountain and you needed to wait for a shuttle to come pick you up in both directions. Shuttle only runs once per hour but in all fairness we were not inconvenienced by this at all. You can take a cab up that will cost you 30euro if you absolutely must get there."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

They were so helpful and attentive to our needs, taking the time to send us restaurant recommendations, chat and give us a sense of the city and area history. "The staff was so friendly, even helping with our very heavy baggage. The room was clean and well appointed. It had shades that lowered to make it dark, which we really liked. They had great beach towels for us to use. The breakfast was also fantastic."

"The room was spacious (triple) and well equipped. Away from the crowds, yet walkable to all places in Riomaggiore. Yes, it’s quite an uphill walk with luggage, but that is explained well during and after the booking with options available to transfer luggage. Do not follow google maps. Just walk straight up the road as you exit the tunnel (no stairs until you reach the place). So those who are rating this place lower for this reason should read the instructions carefully!"

"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."

"Très bon séjour dans cette belle villa typique de Levanto. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Nous avions réservé l'appartement avec 2 chambres. Il est grand, propre, bien équipé et climatisé avec un joli jardin devant. Sur réservation, il est possible d'avoir une place de parking, sinon c'est compliqué de se garer dans la rue. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix et des produits de qualité. Centre ville et plage à 10min à pied. Tout était parfait !"

"When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience."
