"Arriving at the property was confusing because the sign says Linton Restaurant with rooms not the Linton Hotel.
Check in was fine and the staff were very helpful,
We had booked for 3 nights but the room (Room 5) did not even resemble any of the rooms shown on the property website.
The room was very small you can’t even open the door fully without it hitting the bed. There was no headboard on the bed and wall where the headboard should be had black greasy stains from the heads of previous...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"Booked through Expedia to turn up at the hotel to find out my room had been “cancelled” although I’d had confirmation from Expedia to say it hasn’t. Had to then re book the room through the hotel direct for a more expensive price. Sounds like a bit of a con.
Hotel is a 3 star so don’t expect the world, basics. Worst part about the hotel were the staff and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.
Great if you want extreme basics in a hotel somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Otherwise look...

"I absolutely loved staying here and my 11 & 12 Yr olds were excited as well. My daughter literally didn't want to leave. The room was clean, smelled clean and lots of towels. Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi is definitely a bonus. And parking is reduced by half compared to parking on roads. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel and I especially had three cups of plain lemon tea, which was Amazing. 100% recommended."
