"Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay."

"The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time."

"This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada."

"UNMATCHED !! BEST HOTEL EVER!! We have been to many many hotels but this stands out as the best ever! From the reception and friendly staff, specially Mirna the receptionist! All the staff are welcoming you with a very nice smile, helping hands in every thing, asking if you wanna somethg while u don't! Then the room!! What is that?! Spacious one, with dressing room, mini living room and that spacious bathroom! What is that?! AMAZING! and then to the pools and beach! Very clean, tempting water color even in the pool! Very big pool surrounding all the places in the hotel, accessible from all points! And last but not least, restaurants and food! Food is amazing! Variety is the main headline with the highest quality! Unmatched in Egypt! You find vegetarian, beef, chicken, seafood everyday and desserts I can't tell more than HEAVEN! (if u love high quality food like me :). All of the above with the very vibrant atmosphere but calm at the same time! U don't know how!! But it happens here Finally everything is more than perfect!"
