We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. El Gouna is my new favourite holiday destination from now on."

"The resort is perfect, the hotel is beautiful.. the staff are amazing!! Highly recommended .. great location as it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride into Hurghada. It’s worthwhile going all inclusive as the drinks and food is expensive, but if you prefer just to go bed and breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants in town that are excellent value for money. Hurghada is safe and there’s plenty of bargains to have, just be prepared to barter the price and never pay what the shop keepers initially ask 😃"
