My assigned room had towels on the floor and dirty sheets, and when I requested a new room, I received bad attitude like it’s my fault they didn’t clean the space. Will not be staying there again. The walkway to the rooms had trash and smelled like bleach, the floor is nasty. They sure know how to put up a face in the lobby but it’s like walking through the projects when looking for your room"

"I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for even one more night."
