"The property is a motel. The location is good. There is an outside bar/restaurant right across the parking lot that’s very nice. The rooms are dated and need updating. Our AC unit was leaking, the carpet was wet all around it. Carpets were dirty. We enjoyed the pool area, but the pool could use some maintenance also. The hot tub is not hot, but luke warm."

"Room was just ok as far as cleanliness but definitely could have been cleaner. Shower had soap and shampoo scum on it. Also there was no where to hang clothes or nothing too set your luggage on, also no clock and no tissues. Bed was like sleeping in a hole and ac was incredibly loud, no continental breakfast. We couldn't get a good not sleep. We would not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone."

Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. We decided to go to dinner and come back and hoped everything was fixed except one of the rooms we went back to...

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was displayed beautifully. Everything was delicious and clean. The room wasn't very clean. You can see hair and paper in the corners of the walls of the room, not swept. There was a spider on the bottom of one of the bed covers. The room was dusty."

"So the room itself was clean, cozy, and decorated nicely. I have zero qualms about the room itself. HOWEVER, this was one of the strangest places I've ever stayed at. The rooms (maybe 6 total) were attached to the rear of a Horse Betting Booth, a bar/restaurant, and a bowling alley. You literally have to check in with the restaurant hostess as there isn't any actual hotel staff. Just outside of the rooms were random offices as well. So if you don't mind staying in the rear of a horse...

"Overall room was fine. People were so loud into the night but I guess that’s Put-in-Bay. People in the other rooms were singing and yelling until 4 am. There is no staff onsite after 9, so no one to notify. The floor was very dirty. We got caught in some rain and we tried to clean up the floor and the towel was very dark after. We weren’t there to really watch TV but I did try to turn it on to drown out the noise and the TV didn’t work. Overall we had a good time there but the hotel was meh. "
