"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."

"Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good."

"Valet Parking was horrible. We thought we made the right choice for only $10.00 more, to use valet. The day to leave was a chaotic experience. One worker to retrieve cars and it took one hour. So unorganized and understaffed for a Saturday. We felt like we were in Valet jail and would never see our car again."

"The shuttles cost an extra fee. No free breakfast. Rude staff. Dirty rooms."

"Clean room and comfortable bed. Television didn’t work ,but we’re usually on our phones so no big deal to us. The blow dryer also didn’t work."

"The staff was very nice, the rooms were nice the beds was comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was good had hot food and pastries, and the pool was open, we will be back to stay here next time we are down for a concert"

"Hot water with good pressure, cold Ac. Otherwise stinky, grimy, missing physical lightbulbs, no hand soap in the bathroom. We rolled in late with sleeping kids so didn’t make a fuss. “Breakfast” no bueno. If you just need a bed and don’t turn the lights on it’s fine… oh wait, you can’t turn the lights on. No lightbulbs. "We were put in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like it as well. We did not bring our pet. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows. Pubic hair on supposed clean towels. Pool was closed. The breakfast in the morning was sparse. Better than motel 8 across the parking lot. Safe space to stay."

"Room was absolutely disgusting ! Red stains on the carpet, orange stained sheets, towels already used in the bathroom. The pool is molded, full of hair and spiders."

"We just stayed there and let me tell you, this place was great. When we first got there; there was a sign that said I was the VIP guest. So cool. We checked in and went to the room. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay. I like a firmer pillow. They only issue we had with the room was the ACA unit was making a rattling noise when they fixed the next day.
