"Clean room which appeared remodeled. Wood floor, desk, frig (no microwave), common sitting area outside, decent restaurant. It is the best lodging location for Lee's Ferry and a short walk to the Navajo Bridge."

"The room was clean the pool super small and dirty the hot tub wasn’t working,they didn’t do the bed for the kids and when asked only gave us one pillow and small blanket.overall ok but I will not go back.The breakfast was very basic"

"Lovely motel in the middle of not much.there’s restaurants within shouting distance, the pool was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The view and sunset were incredible. Would stay there again. Great location to be close to a few tourist destinations too. Staff was great also. "

We were excited to dine at then Canyon Grill located on property and made no other plans. We were very disappointed when we arrived to find it closed due to the “cook” not showing up! We scrambled to find dinner but did. Not many options in town. "

"Elizabeth was really sweet when we checked in, we sang happy bday to the guest before us since it was her bday. The property looked like an upscale dude ranch. Our room was gorgeous, loved our king size bed. And then the hot tub, WOW. We were able to see the Milky Way while soaking away. Loved it all."

"rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Derick told us about one slot canyon tour, Canyon X that was outstanding with smaller groups and super guide. Breakfast was average but got us started for the day. "

"When the staff cleaned the room they only made 1 bed only emptied 1 garbage can left no clean towels and never dusted or the top of the fridge or cabinets does not help when you have allergies Probably need to train the staff a little more "

"Everything was great except the mattress. We are loyal holiday inn customers and that was the hardest mattress! We stay at Holiday Inn because of their comfortable beds and that one was very firm."

"The hotel is good in most of the aspects. We were happy staying here and will continue to re-visit. The hotel was clean, has no carpets (in the room we stayed); this is major. We would like to see an improvement in the breakfast menu diversity. The food was good, but there were no changes throughout our three days stay."
