No one was at the lobby. Waited for 20 min for someone to show up at 1130pm. I was tired and needed to rest but i had to wait and stress myself. In the morning. No hot water. Didn't take a shower. Hotel Glenwood Springs
The hotel needs a deep clean and some updating. Our bathroom door needs replacing. The ac quit working for several hours. The pool is nice but the hot tub was broken for the entire stay.

Glenwood Springs Inn
Room was ok. It was small, rugged looked old and outdated, bed wasn't very comfortable. Front desk clerk girl wasn't too informative. Reminded me of a motel 6 just upgraded. No ammenities. Great view and was walking distance to a lot of places in downtown, the only percs.
