"We pulled the sheets back to go to bed and there was a dead bug in the sheets. The A/C unit didn’t seem to cool the room down at all."

"This hotel had high ratings when we booked but when we checked in we found it to be tired and run down. Our room, although clean, also appeared tired with the smell of an old hotel that had not been updated in a while. We suppose that the rating was relevant to the area but was rather misleading. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. "There was a 2 bed, 2 bath option which worked out for our family + Mother In-Law very well. On-line description did not do this suite justice as I thought it was a 2 bed, 1 bath, so I was pleasantly surprised. Bathroom could have been cleaner- but I am meticulous when I clean so my standards are pretty high. Breakfast was a huge plus- oatmeal was very watery one day, condiments were a little inconsistent- Honey was available one day for oatmeal and not the next etc..."
